The work of “pulled-by-hand” creates the ideal mix of crusty, smoky tender and juicy meat from the inside out. Meat proteins are first rubbed with a Memphis-style, ­Western Kentucky spin dry rub spice blend and smoked over an open fire pit for 3–15 hours to form a savory crust.

We finish off the tender meats with a healthy splash of a tangy, semi-sweet barbecue sauce or our Western Kentucky dip sauce to complement the spicy rub and smoky meat.  Our sauces are made in-house to keep the recipe secret from those who would use it only for evil.
